Stress Awareness Training (2 hours)

Course Objectives:

Understanding Stress
What is stress? We look at the mental and physical impact stress can have on a person, how it makes you feel and the science behind stress.

Identifying Stress
We raise awareness of differences between people, and how it can impact when working together. The amount of pressure that we can take varies from person to person, so it’s important that we are aware how people are feeling and behaving. People can change from one day to the next, or even from moment to moment for some people.

Reducing and Preventing Stress
It’s crucial to know what stress is and how we can reduce or remove it.
 
A day without stress is a day you can enjoy. And we want as many of those as possible!
