Introduction This one day course is designed to give vital guidance and advice to Managers on their health & safety obligations.

The course supports the developing school health and safety standards for all staff.

Safety management responsibilites are identified and discussed, to provide a thorough grounding for those who do not have specialist knowledge in the area of health & safety.

The course will provide you with knowledge to embed health and safety as part of your role, to a high standard and to be able to cascade your knowledge throughout the school.

Objectives
Understand the health & safety responsibilities of running your building/s.
Understand health & safety monitoring as well as the documentation you require by law.
Be able to complete practical tasks safely and deliver in house training across the school
